With strong community encouragement, I am announcing my bid to serve you as Precinct 4 Commissioner.
I am an 8th generation Texan and a proud lifelong resident of East Montgomery County. I graduated from New Caney High School and then went on to receive my business degree from Sam Houston State University. Afterwards, I began (& enjoyed) a very challenging and successful career in Oil & Gas. I started out as an entry level roustabout on drilling rigs and worked my way up to leadership where I planned global projects and managed day-to-day operations.
My experience includes working at many technical capacities, managing complex finances, budgets & contracts, successfully designing and delivering time-critical projects around the globe and enjoying every challenge, hardship and success that came with it. I never stopped looking ahead. During this time, I earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation and began Graduate studies in Construction Science. I currently work as Facilities Maintenance Construction Project Manager with a large school district and serve on the bond advisory committee, where I work with public funding and procurement to oversee large district projects.
I want to earn your trust and your vote to address the challenges in our community.
With your support, I will serve as your commissioner by prudently maintaining the budget, working with teams to manage the growth that we are experiencing, properly maintaining the roads, improving drainage, fighting to lower taxes, applying common sense and bringing an end to wasteful spending!
