Serving this community and finding ways to give back has a long been a cornerstone for Matt Gray and his family.  As Commissioner, Matt has initiated an annual holiday Toy and Coat Drive for students in need in Conroe, New Caney and Splendora ISDs.

He regularly participates in food drives with local churches and works with our Food Bank.

Commissioner Gray is an enthusiastic supporter of the East Montgomery County Fair and Rodeo and was glad to see they brought home the 2024 CPRA Medium size Rodeo of the Year and Most Improved Indoor Rodeo of the Year.

A special tradition Matt and his wife, Amanda, have established for their family at Thanksgiving is to visit our local fire stations with their children and deliver food to our wonderful first responders.
